With more than 40 years of experience in the steel industry, Frank serves as valuable industry resource for InterOcean and provides advice in completing value-creating M&A and capital markets transactions in the metals industry.

Frank was formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of Feralloy Corporation, a steel service center generating annual revenue over $500 million. As CEO, Frank oversaw five coil processing and distribution plants and seven joint venture facilities throughout North America and Mexico. He was involved in many corporate finance transactions, including acquisitions, corporate divestitures and joint ventures. Prior to Feralloy, Frank worked at United States Steel Corporation for over 25 years in a variety of senior level positions, including general manager, finance, business planning and sales.
