MTD Products

Shiloh Industries Inc. (“Shiloh”) acquired the assets of MTD Automotive, a metal stamping division of MTD Products, Inc. (“MTD”) producing various complex metal components for the automotive industry.  MTD manufactures and distributes outdoor power equipment including lawn mowers and garden tractors.  The Valley City, Ohio based company supplies products through independent dealers and mass merchant retailers.

Shiloh engages in light weighting, noise, vibration and harshness solutions for automotive, commercial vehicle and other industrial markets.  The company designs, engineers, manufactures and sells first operation exposed and unexposed blanks and advanced engineered welded blanks for exterior and structural components such as fenders, hoods and doors principally to automotive and truck original equipment manufacturers.  Shiloh is headquartered in Valley City, Ohio.
