Barry-Wehmiller Companies, Inc. (“Barry-Wehmiller”) acquired Marquip LLC (“Marquip”), a manufacturer of corrugating, finishing and sheeting machinery.  Marquip’s product line included sheet runners, web treatments, roll stands, paper mills, printing products, shingle splitters, rotary die cutters and twin box slitters.

Barry-Wehmiller manufactures and supplies automatic labeling and label converting and finishing systems.  It offers automated can end and product handling equipment, advanced conveyance technology, robotic technology, palletizers, depalletizers, and process equipment;  form/fill/seal technologies and services;  filling, capping, can seaming, labeling and centrifugation services; and placing, feeding, bagging, cartooning, case packing and palletizing equipment.  In addition, it manufactures equipment for the corrugated and folded carton industries and converting machinery for the global tissue, nonwovens, package printing and envelope manufacturing industries.  Barry-Wehmiller is based in St. Louis, Missouri.
