Airvac, Inc., a world leader in vacuum sewer system technology, was successfully acquired by Bilfinger Berger AG.  Airvac manufactures vacuum valves, valve pits and vacuum station equipment, and also designs, oversees the construction of, and provides maintenance services for complete vacuum systems for communities, new developments and industrial buildings.

Bilfinger Berger AG is a multinational company specialized in civil and industrial construction, engineering and services based in Mannheim, Germany.
