Bill has spent more than 30 years serving as a financial advisor, advising on strategic alternative reviews, acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, fairness opinions and both debt and equity capital raises. His clients have included a wide breadth of companies including Fortune 100, mid- and small-cap public firms and a broad array of privately owned businesses.
Bill began his professional career with The Northern Trust Company, ultimately managing its largest commercial banking division. He then spent more than 13 years at Lehman Brothers working as a managing director in its capital markets and investment banking divisions, focusing primarily on Fortune 500 and large-cap clients. Following Lehman Brothers, Bill held managing director positions with the investment banking groups of Price Waterhouse LLP, Ernst & Young Corporate Finance and Guiliani Capital Advisors. Bill played a crucial leading role in establishing and growing the automotive and aerospace and defense practices within these firms. In 2006 Bill and his partners formed InterOcean.
Bill currently holds the Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 Registrations as a representative of StillPoint Capital LLC.
