Robert P. Wujtowicz
Bob has more than 30 years experience in M&A, corporate finance, corporate development and public finance. Before joining InterOcean, Bob was with the investment banking firm Giuliani Capital Advisors LLC and Ernst & Young's corporate finance group, where he led those firms' metals and building products teams. He previously served as a corporate finance officer for Continental Bank in Chicago and held corporate development and public finance positions with two Chicago-based corporations.
He has authored articles in several publications including Mergers & Acquisitions, Profit Line, Modern Metals, and manufacturing.net. He formerly served on the Editorial Board of Metal Service Center Institute's Forward magazine, a publication serving the metals industry.
Bob holds a B.A. degree from Regis University, an M.A. degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, and an M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University. In addition, he completed the Manufacturing Strategic Operations program at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
